An Island Retreat
Maine Coast
We used a Sea Truk to transport a small barn frame - 24x36 - to an island off the Maine Coast.
The barn cottage now serves as a staging area for water pursuits and provides basic "camp-style"
living. Full second story floor, gable end windows overlooking the rocky coast.
The Sea Truk does not require dockage and also transported a 22-ton crane for the raising in a
remote setting without harming the fragile coastline. The barn is placed on a foundation of piers.

Triple Barn Complex
Annapolis, MD
A large, well-planned series of vehicle storage and work spaces for an antique car/motorcycle enthusiast
resulted from the combination of two full-size barns, a half-barn and an elegant timber framed porch.
The building will include a vehicle lift, a complete mechanic's shop, storage for a full size motor
coach and storage of a collection of treasured vehicles.
Upstairs will be an apartment with cathedral ceiling, a balcony overlooking the vehicle storage area,
exposed king posts and oiled 8"x16" Douglas fir beams. A cupola and clerestory add to the intricate
design of this square foot structure.
